Kate Moss: Harper's Bazaar's Fashion Royalty
For May, Harper's Bazaar bring us a tribute to Alexander McQueen in their double-cover 'Fashion Royalty' issue.
Kate Moss appears in the organza 'hologram' dress she wore in McQueen's 2006 Autumn/Winter show.
Coincidentally the other dress in which Moss is pictured (below) is a design from Sarah Burton, frontrunner for making Kate Middleton's dress, though Harper's insist that this was not planned.
Kate Moss was quoted as saying about McQueen "He gave women power, while letting them be fragile and vulnerable at the same time. People always used to say he was a misogynist, but it took me a while to realise that he was actually empowering women and not the other way around... He was a dear friend of mine. I miss him terribly"
Harper's Bazaar is now available in all good newsagents, and you can check out their website here http://www.harpersbazaar.co.uk
